Why the name, CRFT 100?
Because this is a unique and exclusive club, created for our most valued customers and our biggest fans, our club is limited to 100 people – hence the name!
How do I become a CRFT 100 member?
Simply purchase your welcome case and sign up to purchase and receive your two wine packages per year. Your ongoing commitment of two 6 packs per year gives you access to the amazing CRFT 100 member’s area, a private online shop reserved just for you.
What do I receive as a member?
You'll receive discounted prices on all CRFT Wines, free delivery on all orders, access to new release wines two weeks before the general public, access to museum wines and special releases, two complimentary wine flights per year at our cellar door, and VIP invites to CRFT events both here in the Adelaide Hills and interstate. You will be the first to hear about all things CRFT!
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How will my wine be sent?
Our wines are sent via Couriers Please. In the warmer months, great care is taken to avoid sending wines in a heatwave. If it is too hot to send your wine, we will contact you.
How will I know my bi-annual wine pack is coming?
Wines are sent in April and October. We will advise via email when wines have been shipped. Please allow 3 to 14 business days from receipt of the email for your wine to arrive.
What is the minimum order through CRFT 100 online shop and how much is shipping?
Our minimum order is six bottles of any selection and shipping is free. Wines must be ordered in multiples of six.
I’ve ordered through the CRFT 100 shop; how long will it take for my wines to arrive?
We aim to ship orders within 3 business days. Pease allow 3 to 14 business days for your wine to arrive via Couriers Please. If you are in a hurry, please contact us. We can arrange faster delivery at your expense.
What are my delivery options?
Wine can only be shipped to a PHYSICAL ADDRESS (residential or business). We cannot send with to post office boxes. You will need to ensure a person aged over 18 is able to receive and sign for your wine. Wines can not be left unattended and a signature is required upon delivery. Wines can not be signed for by minors.
When will my credit card be charged?
The scheduled payments occur on April 1st and October 1st annually. If these dates fall on a weekend, our payment processor Moonclerk will deduct the payment on the closest weekday. Credit cards will be automatically debited on a reoccurring basis. This is the only time we will deduct money from your credit card.
How do I know my credit card details are secure?
Moonclerk processes payments using Stripe. We use it at crftwines.com.au, because Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. For information on their security policy, visit Stripe.
How are payments processed?
As mentioned in the last question, payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe accepts payments under the highest levels of online security. For information on their security policy, visit Stripe.
What is your return policy?
In the event that your wine is damaged on arrival, we will happily send a replacement. Before the replacement wine can be arranged, damaged wines must be returned to us (within 21 days). It may be helpful to photograph the damaged goods when received.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you no longer wish to be part of the club, you can cancel your membership by emailing us directly, or by clicking on the Plan Management link that appears in the default emails from us when you subscribed. Unfortunately, once you’ve received wine, we can not make refunds for that order based on a change of mind.
