  • Members must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Membership is only available within Australia.

  • Members can suspend/hold their subscription at any time without penalty for a maximum time of 12 months. Please email us at least 4 weeks prior to your upcoming subscription.

  • Members can cancel their subscription at any time. If you wish to re-join after cancelling your subscription, the Welcome Pack must be purchased again to restart membership.

  • Welcome Packs have the 15% member-only discount applied and free shipping.

  • Subscription wine packs have the member-only 15% discount applied as well as free shipping.

  • Members can change their subscription preference at any time or add more than one subscription. Please email us.

  • The customer acknowledges that subscription payments will be automatically deducted based on their chosen subscription option.

  • If you join within 2 months of an upcoming subscription, you have the option to suspend that subscription. Please let us know. 

  • We endeavour to include new releases, however vintage of wines are those available at time of delivery and substitutions may be made if wines are sold out. Substitutions will match the subscription preference and will include the 15% discount.

  • Members must keep their shipping and billing details current. CRFT Wines is not liable for costs associated with incorrect details and redirection fees.

  • Members will be notified via email within one month of an upcoming subscription.  Subscription wines are shipped within 1-2 weeks of processing the subscription payment.

  • Shipment notification and tracking details will be sent via Couriers Please once subscription wine is shipped.

  • If you are away on holidays or need to delay delivery please let us know. The subscription payment will still be processed on the subscription due date but wine can be held and sent when requested.

  • The four complimentary wine flights are offered per calendar year at our Cellar door. Unused complimentary flights will not accrue. The complimentary flights offered at our cellar door are available for you as a member and anyone in your group visiting with you.

  • Our minimum order via the Member Shop is six bottles of any selection and shipping is free. Wines must be ordered in multiples of six. This does not apply to Magnums which can be purchased by the bottle and include free shipping.

  • Our wines are sent via Couriers Please. In the warmer months, great care is taken to avoid sending wines in a heatwave. If it is too hot to send your wine, we will contact you. 

  • We aim to ship orders received through the Member Shop within 3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3 to 14 business days for your wine to arrive via Couriers Please.

  • Wine can only be shipped to a PHYSICAL ADDRESS (residential or business). We cannot send wine to post office boxes or Parcel Collect locations.

  • Wine can be left without signature, please selected the Authority to leave (ATL) option when joining. CRFT Wines will not take responsibility for wines left without signature at the customer’s request. As of May 2019, there is an ATL ban on alcohol deliveries within the NT, wine must be signed for upon delivery.

  • In the event that your wine is damaged on arrival, we will happily send a replacement. Please contact us asap and we will arrange for the damaged wine to be returned to us and a replacement sent. It would be helpful to photograph the damaged goods when received.


  • To ensure the highest level of safety, we do not store your credit card details. Credit card details are held temporarily and securely by our reoccurring payment processor, Moonclerk. Moonclerk's privacy policy can be found here.

  • Moonclerk processes payments using Stripe. Stripe accepts payments under the highest levels of online security. For information on their security policy, visit Stripe.
